Chef Andrew Carswell has sourced some amazing local olives and olive oil which has inspired him to piece together a four course olive dinner menu.
We invite you, friends of The Redesdale, to come join us for a fabulous journey of olive cuisine.
This fixed menu will demonstrate how this ancient fruit is still loved by many.
