The Redesdale opens, Sunday 9th of May, to celebrate everything that's wonderful about mothers.
Using seasonal produce from our gardens; basil, bay leaf, broad beans, celery, chives, coriander, dill, garlic, Greek oregano, Italian parsley, leek, Lebanese cucumber, lemongrass, lettuce, mint, nasturtiums, pumpkin, rhubarb, rosemary, sage, strawberry, thyme, tomato; come and share Chef Andrew Carswell’s amazing menu - designed specifically with your mum in mind.

Bubbles on arrival:
Rowanston on the Track ‘Blanc de Noir’ 2008
First:
Smoked eel with crème fraiche, potato gillette and beetroot paper
Or
Tornados Rossini - Rare beef with mushroom, liver pate and garlic crouton
Or
Cloth bound cheddar and leek tartlet
Second:
Whole Redfin with tomato, garden herbs, lemon and hand cut chips
Or
Prosciutto wrapped wild rabbit with local mushroom, beetroot and onion
Or
Lamb rack with roast pumpkin, feta, black olive, tomato and veal jus
Finish:
Passion fruit sponge cake with whipped cream
Or
Individual pavlova with strawberry and kiwi fruit
Or
Warm, soft centered chocolate pudding
Coffee:
Basic espresso or leaf tea
