Tartlet of local yabbie and Istra prosciutto, snow-pea tendrils, aoili
Twice baked goats cheese soufflé, nectarine salad
Char-grill quail, sage spatzle
Dish to share:
A dozen oysters served natural, bloody Mary, warm asian marinade
Second
Open lasagna, grilled eggplant, zucchini, capsicum, pumpkin, feta crumble
Coq au vin
Hapuka fillet, white bean skordalia, salsa verde
Dish to share:
Beef Wellington (served medium), roast potato, broccolini
Sides
All mains served with Bendigo Basil green leaf salad
Finish
Crème Brulee
Champagne and peach jelly, summer berry salad
