New Chef Brad Ford - Epicure

THE central Victorian town of Redesdale has found a new chef for its eponymous gastro-pub.

Brad Ford, a Bendigo native who has spent the better part of the past 15 years at Fraser's and Bluewater Grill in Western Australia, has taken up the position.

Redesdale general manager James Bone describes Ford's food as modern Australian with an adventurous twist.
