The Redesdale has a simple philosophy. Use the best local and organic produce to create seasonal food properly. From Hardwickâs meats, to prized local game and fish, our food miles are reduced, providing a genuine taste of what this region has to offer. Organic vegetables, fruit and nuts also travel short distances, while hand-made pasta, bread, biscuits, ice cream and yoghurt are churned out of our kitchen regularly.
